Las Vegas Hotels,
Finding a hotel in Las Vegas is about as difficult as finding grass on a golf course, but finding the best deals on hotels in this city can be challenging. Every site claims to offer the best prices, but obviously that’s impossible. Many of the booking sites offer special deals all their own on some hotels, so it’s important to search at least a few of them before you book.
Tips for finding the best Las Vegas hotel deal
- Try at least three different sites to compare them. It’s surprising that they’ll each often show different prices for the same hotel room.
- Make sure to try at least one of the big sites like Expedia, Travelocity, or Orbitz in your search. These companies usually aren’t the cheapest, but occasionally they’ll have access to great exclusive deals you can’t find elsewhere.
General advice for choosing a Las Vegas hotel
Almost everyone wants to stay on the famous Las Vegas Strip, and most of the largest and nicest hotels are there, but being flexible with your search can save you quite a bit of money. Some Strip hotels are very expensive during certain periods, while a hotel that’s just as nice next door might be half the price or less. There are many great hotels off the Strip as well, but be careful not to book a place too far off because traffic in this town can be a killer, and driving around all day is not something you’ll want to do if you can avoid it.
